Educational Qualification:
(i) Scientist-B (Electrical):
- Candidates must have passed a BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Master’s Degree, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Assistant Engineer (Naval Quality Assurance):
- Candidates must have passed a Degree in Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iii) Specialist Grade-III (Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy):
- Candidates must have passed an MBBS, Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Assistant Engineer:
- Candidates must have passed BE/ B.Tech in Drilling/ Mining/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Petroleum Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(v) Junior Ship Surveyor & Assistant Director General (Technical):
- Candidates must have passed Degree in Naval Architecture Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vi) Junior Research Officer:
- Candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit :
- Maximum Age for Assistant Engineer (Naval Quality Assurance) and Junior Research Officer: 30 years
- Maximum Age for Assistant Engineer: 35 years
- Maximum Age for Scientist-B (Electrical), Specialist Grade-III (Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy), Junior Ship Surveyor & Assistant Director General (Technical): 40 years
