Deputy General Manager (Vigilance): MBA/PG in HR, LLB, or related fields with 10 years’ experience at officer level.
Assistant Manager (Vigilance): MBA/PG in HR, LLB, or related fields with 2 years’ experience in supervisory roles.
Management Trainee (HR): PG/MBA in HR with 60% marks; computer skills mandatory.
Management Trainee (Quality Control): M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Agronomy/Seed Tech/Plant Breeding with 60% marks.
Management Trainee (Electrical): BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 60% marks.
Sr. Trainee (Vigilance): MBA/PG in HR, LLB, or related fields with 55% marks; MS Office skills required.
Trainee (Agriculture/Quality Control/Marketing): B.Sc. (Agriculture) with 60% marks; computer knowledge essential.
Trainee (HR): Graduate with 60% marks, MS Office, and typing skills (30 WPM English, 25 WPM Hindi preferred).
Trainee (Stenographer): Diploma/Graduate with stenography and computer skills; shorthand test (80 WPM) mandatory.
Trainee (Accounts): B.Com with 60% marks; MS Office knowledge required.
Trainee (Stores – Agriculture/Engineering): B.Sc. (Agriculture) or Diploma/ITI in relevant engineering trades with 55-60% marks.
Trainee (Technician): ITI in relevant trades (Fitter, Electrician, etc.) with 60% marks and NAC certificate.
