Educational Qualification:
1. Assistant – Level 4 (Metallurgy):
Requires a Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering with at least 60% marks and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the steel or metallurgical industry.
2. Assistant – Level 4 (Mechanical):
Requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks and a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience.
3. Assistant – Level 2 (Fitter):
Requires SSC qualification, ITI (Fitter), and NAC, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating or maintaining mechanical or metallurgical equipment.
4. Assistant – Level 2 (Welder):
Requires SSC qualification, ITI (Welder), and NAC, with at least 3 years of experience in the engineering, construction, mechanical, or metallurgical industries.
5. Assistant – Level 1 (Driver):
Requires SSC/10th qualification and a valid LMV/HMV driving license. A minimum of 4 years of driving experience is essential, with preference given to ex-servicemen.
