Educational Qualifications:
| Draughtsman | Passed 12th grade with Science subjects from a recognized board. Holds a 2-year Certificate in Draughtsmanship or Architecture from a recognized institute, OR Holds a 2-year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Draughtsman (Civil) from a recognized institute with 1 year of practical experience in the trade. |
| Supervisor (Administration) | Holds a degree in any field or equivalent qualification. Possesses a National Cadet Corps (NCC) ‘B’ Certificate OR is an Ex-Naib Subedar (GD) from the Army or equivalent rank from the Navy or Air Force. |
| Turner | Holds a Turner Certificate from ITC/ITI/NCTVT or a Defence Trade Certificate with 1 year of experience, OR Passed Class II Course for Turner as per Defence Service Regulations from a recognized centre or records office. |
| Machinist | Passed 10th grade from a recognized board. Holds a Machinist Certificate from ITI or equivalent, OR Possesses a Defence Trade Certificate from an Army Institute or similar Defence establishment with 1 year of experience, OR Passed Class II Course for Machinist/Turner as per Defence Service Regulations. |
| Driver Mechanical Transport (OG) | Passed 10th grade from a recognized board. Possesses a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license, OR Passed Class III Course for Driver Plant Mechanical Transport as per Defence Service Regulations. |
| Driver Road Roller (OG) | Passed 10th grade from a recognized board. Holds a Heavy Motor Vehicle or Road Roller driving license with 6 months of experience driving a Road Roller, OR Passed Class II Course for Driver Plant Mechanical Transport as per Defence Service Regulations. |
| Operator Excavating Machinery (OG) | Passed 10th grade from a recognized board. Holds a Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license, OR Driving license for Dozer/Excavator with 6 months of driving experience, OR Passed Class II Course for Operator Excavating Machinery as per Defence Service Regulations |
