Educational Qualification:

Manager-Ramp/ Maintenance:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate from a recognized university with 20 years of work experience, Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering with 15 years of work experience, 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 20 years work experience, MBA with 17 years work experience, Experience in Ramp handling or equipment maintenance functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 08 years must be in a managerial capacity. Well-conversant with computer operations or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Deputy Manager Ramp/ Maintenance:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 16 years work experience, Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering with 11 years work experience, 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 16 years work experience, MBA with 12 years work experience. Experience in Ramp handling or equipment maintenance functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 06 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well, conversant with computer operations. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Senior Supervisor-Ramp/ Maintenance:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 13 years work experience, Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering with 8 years work experience, 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with13 years work experience. Candidates must be in possession of LMV. Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Valid Driving License to be produced maximum within 12 months from the date of joining. The incumbent has to apply for Heavy Motor Vehicle License immediately upon acceptance of the offer. No increment will be extended before possession of the HMV license. Experience in Ramp handling or equipment maintenance functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 04 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well, conversant with computer operations. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Junior Supervisor-Ramp/Maintenance:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 07 years work Experience, 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 7 years work experience. Must be in possession of LMV. Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Valid Driving License to be produced maximum within 12 months or produce the HMV License within the minimum time frame as per the prevailing rules of the state government, from the date of joining. The incumbent has to apply for Heavy Motor Vehicle License immediately upon acceptance of the offer. No increment will be extended before possession of the HMV license. Preference will be given to those with aviation experience or GS Equipment/ Vehicle/Heavy earth movers equipment Maintenance with a reputed GS Equipment manufacturer/Authorized Service Agency. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Senior Ramp Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed the 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering with 4 years of work experience, ITI with NCTVT (Total 4 years) in motor vehicle Auto Electrical / Air conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench fitter / Welder, (ITI with NCTVT – certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational education and training of any State / Central Government with one year experience in case of welder) after passing SSC / Equivalent examination with Hindi / English / local language as one of the subjects. Candidate must carry an original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License at the time of appearing for the Trade Test/Screening Test(learning license/ payment receipt of the license and also receipt of confiscating of license by Police will not be considered. Must have four years of experience in the maintenance or operation of Ramp Equipment and Ramp Handling procedures at the Airport. Maintenance and Operation of Automobile/Hydraulic Equipment from Automobile/Hydraulic Equipment Manufacturer or their authorized service center (in the case of the Welder the four years experience should be over and above the minimum qualification experience i.e. a total of five years experience) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Ramp Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed the 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production / Electronics/ Automobile, ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in motor vehicle Auto Electrical/ Air Conditioning/ Diesel Mechanic/ Bench Fitter/ Welder (ITI with NCTVT – certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational Education and training of any State / Central Government with one year experience in case of Welder) after passing SSC/Equivalent examination with Hindi/ English / Local Language as one of the subjects. Candidate must carry an original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) at the time of appearing for the Trade Test. Preference will be given to the candidate conversant with the local language or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Utility Agent and Ramp Driver:

  • Candidates must have passed the SSC /10th Standard Pass, Must have minimum 02 years of experience in Ramp Equipment operation with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof & have valid GS Equipment Operating Permit (EOP). Must Carry an Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Terminal Manager – Passenger:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 20 years of work experience, an MBA from a recognized University (2-year full-time course or 3-year part-time course) with 17 years of work experience. Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 08 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well, conversant with computer operations or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Deputy Terminal Manager-Passenger:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 18 years of work experience, an MBA from a recognized University (2-year full-time course or 3-year part-time course) with 15 years of work experience. Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 06 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well conversant with computer operations or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Duty Officer – Passenger:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 12 years of experience Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 04 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well conversant with computer operations or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Terminal Manager – Cargo:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 20 years of work experience, an MBA from a recognized University (2-year full-time course or 3-year part-time course) with 17 years of work experience. Experience in Cargo handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 08 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well-conversant with computer operations or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Deputy Terminal Manager-Cargo:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 18 years of work experience, an MBA from a recognized University (2-year full-time course or 3-year part-time course) with 15 years of work experience. Experience in Cargo handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 06 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well conversant with computer operations or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Duty Manager – Cargo:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate with 16 years of work experience. Experience in Cargo handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof.   • Candidates must have passed the Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern with 09 years experience, in cargo handling, Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with M.B.A. or equivalent in any discipline (2-year full-time course or 3- years part-time course) from a recognized university with 06 years aviation experience in in cargo handling or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Senior Customer Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern with 5 years of experience in any of the area or combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling. Should be proficient in use of a PC. Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Customer Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate under the 10+2+3 pattern. Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified courses like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO. Should be proficient in use of a PC. Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Junior Customer Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed the 12th. Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified courses like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO. Should be proficient in the use of a PC. Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Para Medical and Customer Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern with Diploma in Nursing, B. Sc (Nursing). Should be proficient in use of a PC. Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
